Hijos de Espuny have modern installations, completely renovated in 1999, for the preparing of olives. The majority of the olives that are processed come from olive groves belonging to Espuny's own land and are treated with maximum care and attention. Once they are processed as edible and/or classified into different sizes, they are then ready to be sold to packagers.. The varieties that are mainly used in this process are the highly rated Manzanilla and Gordal, as well as others such as Hojiblanca, Verdial, Martena, etc… Sales
